Interlaken, Switzerland

I guess there is only one word for this place, beautifully awesomely spectacular.  When we got off the train it was just a relief not to see rain but the view is amazing from anywhere here.  The town of Interlaken sits at about 1500 ft. and there are at least 5 peaks surrounding it and the two lakes we're in the middle of that are all over 13,000 ft.  We rode the train for most of the day so we didn't get to see much because we still had to book a hostel.  The first hostel we went to was pretty cheap but it looked so crowded so we went to one about 3 buildings down.  This was a great idea because we would spend the following 3 nights in our own room for a really cheap price!  The first hostel we went to was on the top 5 best hostels in all of europe and was packed the whole time we've been here.  So we've kinda had the best of both worlds because there is always some kinda party or something going on over there but we can always come back to a peaceful room to sleep in.  Oh, and we have a balcony that looks out over the mountains.  I love Switzerland!!!
